How to Order

To order simply send me an email request for the specimen of interest. Please include your name, shipping address, phone number, and how you would prefer to pay for the mineral specimen. I will send a confirmation via email of your order availability and total amount including shipping cost.

After you have received the total amount for your order please use PayPal to make the payment to:

International Postal Money Order and bank Check

Checks and International Postal Money Order should be made payable to "Kiyoshi Kiikuni".

Bank Wire Transfer

After receiving your order I will let you know my bank account information. After receiving your payment I will immediately send your ordered specimen.

* Due to considerable fee by our bank, we cannot accept bank checks and wire transfer for under 100,000Yen (US$800/700€). We apologize for any inconvenience this may case.

Shipping

Once your payment has been received I will package up the specimen and send it via Express Mail Service (EMS) unless otherwise instructed.Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice and vary depending on destination and weight. The shipping and handling rates are as follows.

If any reason your ordered specimen cannot be sent by EMS, I will send it by FedEx. The cost will be higher than EMS, but your package will be delivered to you quickly and safely.

Your invoice and mineral label will be sent separately.

Returns

If you receive anything you do not like, please notify me within 10 days of receipt of your order. A full refund will be provided as soon as returned specimens are received in the condition that they were sent.

Any items received damaged will not be refunded. It will be up to you to recover the costs with the delivery service you used to return the specimens to Key's Minerals. Refunds will be conducted by wire transfer to your bank account, traveler's cheques, or by International Money Order.

To U.S. customers: Feel free to return my specimens to Trinity Mineral Company.
